Here’s a simple guide to help you import the header and footer from your Template Kit quickly and correctly.

Why Import Header and Footer?

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Elements → Template Kits.
  3. Click View Kit on the Template Kit you want to use.
  4. Find the Header and Footer templates in the kit.

Step 2: Import Header Template

  2. Once imported, go to Templates → Theme Builder in your WordPress dashboard.
  3. Find the imported Header template.
  4. Click Edit with Elementor to customize if needed.
  5. After editing (or if no edits are needed), click the arrow next to Publish and select Display Conditions.
  6. Set the display condition to Entire Site to apply the header globally.
  7. Click Save & Close.

Step 3: Import Footer Template

  1. Repeat the same process: click Import next to the Footer template.
  2. Go to Templates → Theme Builder.
  3. Locate the imported Footer template.
  4. Edit with Elementor if you want to customize.
  5. Set Display Conditions to Entire Site to display the footer everywhere.
  6. Save and close.

Step 4: Check Your Site

Visit your website frontend and refresh the page. You should see your new header and footer applied across all pages.

Tips

  • If you want different headers or footers on specific pages, adjust the Display Conditions accordingly.
  • Remember to clear your site cache and browser cache if you don’t see changes immediately.
